Aimee’s Life Completely Changed

Before I started the Busy Mums Program I had put on weight after going through IVF treatments, ongoing gynae issues, and pain. As well as, going through a breakdown of sorts due to not being able to have another child and because of a very busy and stressful management and teaching role. My health and well-being definitely took a back seat for around twelve months, as, in a way, I gave up trying to be my best self and I was self-sabotaging my body because I was so down. Before this, I was very fit, healthy and always took so much pride in my appearance, health, and well-being.

Starting on the Busy Mums Program and then onto the ‘Ultimate’ Busy Mums program was a breakthrough and a real kick in the butt for me. I desperately needed and wanted this push with my health and fitness, as I’ve always loved a good challenge and the daily accountability helped a lot too. I joined six months ago, and I’ve never looked back. I am stronger, fitter, leaner, happier and more confident. I thrive on my daily UBM workouts, runs, and going to the gym. I also have my own gym that I’ve created at home, so I never have an excuse, not to workout. In total, I have lost 87.5cm all over my body and I feel like I did when I was in my early twenties, full of energy and fit into size 6/XS clothing, with room to move.

The Busy Mums and Ultimate Busy Mum’s workouts are great because all you need is a bit of room and yourself. The weekly food planners are wonderful and daily accountability via the UBM Facebook sight is really beneficial. The support from the other Busy Mums, Cathy and Kelly are fantastic! I now am happy and thriving eating no gluten and no dairy – my gynae pain has miraculously disappeared too.  You deserve this! Do it for you and no one else. Be your best self and be that confident, happy and strong role model that your child/children will aspire to.

I enjoy the workouts, the daily accountability, the great recipes within the Busy Mums recipe books and being part of a team with some pretty incredible, strong, fit and inspiring mums.
