Busy Mum Found Her Confidence Again, Lost Weight and Has Clear Skin
I lacked confidence, I didn’t feel beautiful, I tried really hard to loose weight Post pregnancy and it look me 2 years to loose 5 kgs and I gained it all back during Christmas 2019 within weeks. I thought I was doing things right but clearly I wasn’t. I was desperate to loose weight not just to feel good, but to be healthy as I felt it will only get worse if I don’t intervene now. I considered joining a Gym, but I don’t drive. Busy Mum Fitness has popped up on my FB news feed since 2018, but I didn’t really believe it was legit, so I didn’t look further into it. 2019 December just as we returned from Holiday Busy Mum Fitness was on my news feed, then I had a look, and sent Kelly an email and I decided to commit and give it a chance. What could I loose. I was very skeptical but I told my self I am going to be positive and try the programme. Now here I am. At the end of week 12, I had reached my weight goal of 58 which I discussed with Cathy during our initial phone call and I have realized I can do more I can be better. This programme has not just been about weight loss, it has been about good nutrition, making good choices, listening to my self, forgiving my self, creating motivation and living a positive life style for me that has not only affected me but my entire family. Bonus outcome has been my acne prone skin has been the clearest it has ever been.
If I can do it, so can you, invest in your self and your health and join the programme to get excellent support and coaching that last you your entire life and help you not only look your best, but bring out the best in every part of you.
Loved The food (never new I can cook this good) and the exercises. Half and hour or 6 minutes, which is very achievable for a busy working mum.
