I knew “what I had to do” but lacked the drive/will to do it.
I was tired and found comfort and ease in eating.
Since starting the programme I have begun to form better habits, develop a better mind set and have more energy.
I thought it would be difficult in terms of the food but found I have really enjoyed eating a range of good, healthy food. I never thought I would be one of those people who shop the “outside” of the supermarket but surprisingly it’s all you really need lol. There have been slip ups but instead of it derailing the lifestyle changes being made it just becomes part of life and ‘easily fixable’ as such.
Previous stomach upsets are a thing of the past as is the constant bloated feeling. I have more energy, am less tired, enjoy cooking and eating but without food being a crutch (needing to eat when sad, bored, happy etc etc)
