Delicious Coconut Flour Brownies

Ingredients
- ½ cup organic coconut oil
- 3 large eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- ½ cup raw honey
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ tsp. kosher salt
- ⅓ cup mini chocolate chips
- ⅓ cup chopped raw walnuts
Directions
- Preheat oven to 300˚F. Prepare an 8×8- inch glass baking pan by lining it with parchment, leaving two edges to hang over the side of the pan.
- Coat with non-stick cooking spray.
- Add coconut oil to a glass cup and microwave until melted.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and melted coconut oil until blended.
- Whisk in vanilla extract and raw honey until well combined.
- Whisk in salt and coconut flour until well-blended and then fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Spread batter in the pan and bake for about 30 minutes or until a tester inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven and let cool completely before cutting into 16 equal squares.
