Ingredients
- Pudding:
- 3/4 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon ground clove
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- Toppings:
- 1 tablespoon chopped pecans
- 1 tablespoon raisins
Directions
In a mason jar, combine all the pudding ingredients; stir until well mixed.
Refrigerate for about 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from the refrigerator and stir well.
Add the toppings and serve.
