What you enjoyed most about the program?
Before the program I was addicted to fizzy and energy drinks, I snacked all day and couldn’t help but eat all night after dinner. Even though I was quite active I kept putting on weight.I had no energy and was depressed about my body.
Now I’m getting up at 5.30am to enjoy the HIIT work outs and have more energy than I have ever had.
This is not a diet it is a change and a change I never thought was possible, it teaches you new habits, challenges you and is so much fun along the way.
The program is not for perfect people that never struggle or fall of the wagon. The trainers no we are not going to be perfect everyday but thats life and they teach you how to deal with that. It has given me a whole new outlook on life and I love it.
