What message you’d love to give to other Mums out there that don’t believe they can change?
Hello all you beautiful ladies… I am a full time mum of 3 children and am happily married. I started on the busy mum program to leave my bad habits behind.I had put on weight and weighed the heaviest I had ever weighed in my life. Tired looking skin,no energy most of the time and emotional eating was a biggie for me with the sweet treats,easily eating a whole block of chocolate (no good). I read through the program and thought,this is it! This is my break… I wanted a healthier lifestyle, healthier eating, kick those bad habits to the curb, an exercise program that I could follow every day,change of mindset and meet people going through the same things, just like me… I found it all on the 8 week busy mum program…
I have been where you are! I have been the mum who looks at other peoples transformations and wished soooo badly to be that person who has a transformation to be proud of. I was that mum when I decided enough was enough and on a whim applied and started the programme. It has seriously changed my life. I am energetic, I am comfortable in my clothes – I dropped 2 sizes in pants in the 8 weeks!! I didn’t even know that was possible. Just start…..Once you start you are a step closer to your transformation.
What you enjoyed most about the program?
I weighed 98kg at the start of the program to losing a feel good 6kg weighing 92kg at the end of the 8 week program.. I am feeling so amped at this stage as I hadn’t weighed myself for the whole 8 weeks…my bad habits are in the past and my new habits are my future for myself and for my family. I couldn’t be more happier…. So if you want to make those bad habits your past and create new habits ladies, you will definitely be successful here on this program. I had no doubt I could do this because I once upon a time was fit and healthy,and I aim to be just that again… Onwards and upwards, positivity is key..
