How Chelsea lost 5kgs in 4 weeks
What were the things you suffered from before the program or your story in short (regarding – weight, health issues, skin) and how has this changed?
Pre-babies I had always been active, had a gym membership and loved group fitness classes. After having kids I was having difficulty finding the time for me. I put on about 10 kg over a few years and two babies. My self esteem was low and I didn’t feel good in my own skin. I felt like it was in the too hard to exercise cause I couldn’t make it to the gym with two kids and one breastfeeding. I wasn’t running cause I felt it was too soon postpartum and I was eating way too much junk food. Craving anything sweet just to get me through the day.
Doing this kickstart made me realize I didn’t need the gym to get in a good workout. I learnt a lot about nutrition and why my body was craving so much sugar. I stayed faithful to the program and lost 5 kg in 4 weeks. Never before had I seen results so quickly.
What message you’d love to give to other Mums out there that don’t believe they can change?
You can do it. Get rid of the excuses. Nutrition is 80% of the battle. Create new habits and your body will thank you for it.
What you enjoyed most about the program?
I enjoyed the ability to be able to work out at home in short amount of time. I also enjoyed the connections made with other mums going through the same battles.
