How Jazz lost more than 15kgs
What message you’d love to give to other Mums out there that don’t believe they can change?
Before I started the programme I needed at least two coffees a morning to get going. I felt tired all the time, then struggled with insomnia at night. My portion sizes were pretty big either that or I’d skip most of the daytime meals replacing meals with coffee and snack anytime I felt tired or stressed. My skin was getting worse each month. I had mostly given up on the idea of ever being healthy again and was feeling resigned to this constant tired depletedness being my new norm. Reflecting back I realise now what a terrible place I was in.
I eat properly now, wholesome food that keeps me full and feeling great. I enjoy drinking water and herbal tea. My skin has improved so much and I really enjoy the challenges of working out and how much fitter I am. This programme has been life changing for me. I’ve learnt so many valuable new skills. I feel amazing, I’m happier, I’m more organised. I love the changes in my body and mind.
What you enjoyed most about the program?
I enjoyed having a clear plan and the support system of both the trainer and all the other mums going through the same experiences. Having a group to stay accountable to daily worked so well.
This programme is an investment in yourself. You are worth it, you do deserve it, dare to hope and Just do it 🙂
