Bloating Gone and Balanced Hormones Again

I started the 14 day challenge before committing to the 8 week program and because I really enjoyed the 14 days and started to see results instantly I decided to commit to the 8 week program, and I’m so glad I did.

Prior to the 8 weeks I had hormonal problems, bloating, grumpy, tired and all the rest that goes with a busy mum, and after 6 weeks I got my period for the first time in over 4 months, my skin and hair look amazing! This program has changed me as a person as it has made me more confident, happy about my body as i have seen awesome results with losing nearly 7kgs in just 8 weeks! I was wearing size extra large clothing and I’m down to medium already.

I’ve now committed to the next 12 months so I can reach my goal weight and maintain the healthy lifestyle which I started 8 weeks ago.

Ok here goes ladies 😬 I was 77.8kgs 8 weeks ago now I’m 71.4kgs, and I’ve lost 14cms around umbilical, 11cms around bust and 8 cms around my waist.

To other mums: I have been on so many fad diets, magic pills from the doctor that worked while taking them then once stopped put all the weight back on, shakes…. all of those types of things. I’ve struggled to lose any weight since having my son nearly 3 years ago, and this program has helped me change all my bad habits, lose weight and become a happy and healthier mum. I would recommend this program to any mum who has struggled to lose any weight in the past as the BMF team support and guide you the whole way through!

The things I enjoyed most about the program is the structure of the meals with the 8 week meal planner, nice easy everyday food with leftovers for lunch! YUM! And also having the FB page with mums in the same position as you and supporting each other every day is amazing ❤️
