Sarah lost 20kgs After 4 Kids
I’m still a little shocked by results as I find the program so easy and flexible with my lifestyle. Don’t get me wrong the workout’s are hard and there are days when I want to eat my weight in chocolate 😝
Before busy mum fitness I had just had my 4th baby 5 months prior and returning back to full time work as a busy on call midwife. I would fuel my day on coffee, lunch box snacks, bakery food on the go and at time 3 takeaway dinners a week. I was tired and lacked energy and the weight around my middle was expanding. After almost a year being the busy mum program, I have so much more energy, my skin is so much clearer and most of all I feel hormonally well balanced.
When I meet mums who are struggling with their weight, I always tell them it’s totally possible to change. I had a huge goal at the beginning of the year to loose 35kgs, it felt impossible! I didn’t focus on that 35kgs and let it overwhelm me, instead I made short term goals for myself. I would say to anyone who wanted to change that consistency is key, just put one foot in front of the other each day and give yourself TIME! It didn’t take 30 days to gain all this weight so don’t expect 30 days to loose it.
The thing I enjoyed most about program was the short workout’s. There were times I was just so tired from my busy day or lack of sleep. If I couldn’t find my gym clothes, I would just work out in my pj’s or undies and bra, whatever it took just to get it done. The meals are super easy to make and i’d always make more for lunch the next day.
I honestly can’t rave enough about Busy Mum Fitness, my friends must be sick of me by now, but this works!
