What message you’d love to give to other Mums out there that don’t believe they can change?
Before the program I had tried many times to lose weight but I always managed to find an excuse as to why I’m not the kind of person that can lose weight. I then carried on feeling lethargic all the time, having tantrums every morning because my clothes didn’t fit and crying when someone posted a photo of me!!
I was scrolling through Facebook one day and saw a video of a gorgeous blond in her room, kids crawling on her talking about all the excuses I had previously used to quit losing weight and why they are irrelevant. I decided at that moment that it was time to make the shift to start looking after myself.
What you enjoyed most about the program?
I have just finished the 8 week program and lost 13.5kg and 52.5cm (from various areas)! The combination of exercise, nutrition, changing your mindset and the support of other Mums works incredibly. Yes, I have to wake up earlier but there’s nothing better than getting up to a quiet house and doing something that is solely for me. Yes, I say no to certain foods but it has been so empowering! This is definitely a lifestyle change. No way am I going back to how I was. Thank you Kelly and the team xxx
