What message you’d love to give to other Mums out there that don’t believe they can change?
Suffered from mainly lack of energy, low self confidence and beginning to feel embarrassed in front of my husband which I hated feeling. I was disappointed in how I let myself go after my 2nd bub and wanted to feel “myself” again. Though my journey I also battled post natal depression and I feel that the change in my diet and exercise helped me find some emotional stability. I am now attending boot camp sessions and feel able to keep up and even push myself harder than some around me. Although I still struggle with the 3:00pm low and at times turn to sugar it is less than half as much as u used to indulge in which is a positive.
If you think it’s too hard or too much of a lifestyle change to suit your family just dig down deep and think – happy mum happy family! My husband enjoys seeing me happy and with more confidence and is a big supporter of the program! Don’t give up if you have an off day – just better the day you had with the day that follows!
What you enjoyed most about the program?
I enjoyed the flexibility with meals. It has helped me pre-prepare meals which has given me more relaxed time with the kids! Loved having everything on my phone at all times and super stoked I can still access this all! The Facebook page with fellow mums kept me motivated also!
