Beef Casserole
Serves 5
Ingredients
- 750grams braising steak
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 6 tbsp tomato puree
- 3 leeks
- 2 carrot
- 1½ red onions
- 4 clove of garlic crushed
- 3-4 tbsp worcester sauce
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1400 ml gluten free beef stock cube
Method
- Heat the coconut oil in a large pan and add the onions, carrots, leeks, mushrooms and garlic and cook for 5-7 minutes until soft
- Add the beef slowly until brown
- Add the stock and puree then simmer
- Cook for 1 – 1.5 hours and serve with vegetables of choice
