Flourless Dark Chocolate Cake (Gluten and Dairy Free)

Ingredients
- ½ cup coconut oil
- 4 oz. unsweetened dark chocolate
- 3 whole eggs
- ¾ cup raw honey
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 375˚F. Lightly coat an 8-inch springform pan with coconut oil.
In a saucepan, melt coconut oil and dark chocolate, stirring, until very smooth.
In a large bowl, beat the chocolate mixture with eggs, honey, and cocoa powder until well-blended and smooth.
Transfer to the prepared pan and smoothen the top. Bake for about 25 minutes or until the center is firm. Remove from oven and let cool completely before serving.
