- 1/2 avocado
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 clove fresh garlic, chopped

- Mash avocado in a small bowl; stir in lime juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Spread the avocado mixture over the toasted toast and serve.
