Greek Pasta Salad
- 2 cups Gluten Free penne pasta (or pasta of choice)
- 1 cup Kalamata Olives, pitted
- 1 punnet Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 Tbs Olive Oil
- 2 Tbs Lemon Juice
- 100g Fetta, cubed
- 1 Lebanese Cucumber, diced
- Sea Salt & Pepper, to season
- Cook Pasta according to packet instructions, set aside to cool.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a large serving bowl, adding Fetta andOregano last.
- Season with Sea Salt & Pepper, and serve.
