What message you’d love to give to other Mums out there that don’t believe they can change?
My biggest issue was having no energy and carrying too much weight around my stomach which made it difficult to get clothes that fitted and feeling comfortable with myself. I am a small person so people always thought I had no problem but its because I always wore baggy tops (which I hated).
You need to try this! I have always thought of doing a diet before but they always seemed too extreme or too hard, and not just “normal food”. But this is different it is the same food that the whole family can have and the support really helps keep you on track. I can see it is a lifestyle change which is what I wanted – I want to show my kids that this is normal eating not a diet.
What you enjoyed most about the program?
I enjoyed most about the program doing it with other people even though they were on Facebook it made me stay accountable. It has really helped me change my habits which I guess is the reason for it being an eight week program to embed these changes. I feel ready to go at this myself now as I know the basics and it has really made me want to look into making my own food rather than buying brought things as I want to know it is made the healthiest way possible!
