What message you’d love to give to other Mums out there that don’t believe they can change?
I’ve always kept reasonably fit but my eating has been really poor which lead to a huge weight gain after my son was born (nearly 20kg). My brain was foggy and my skin reflected the stress that was on my body & mind. After 8 weeks I had lost nearly half the weight I needed to which was of course amazing but the increased energy levels and mental clarity I’ve gained has been amazing!!! I actually forgot what it felt like to not be tired… I thought that was just my new norm as a mum so it was such a welcome bonus!!
You deserve to feel as good as I do!! I wont lie the first couple of weeks are challenging but I’ve never had this level of support before. Its daily so you you’re never alone in this. Also pretty quickly it’ll become the norm and you’ll enjoy all the benefits that come with this programme before long.
What you enjoyed most about the program?
LOADS!! The recipes are SUPER easy, there’s no calorie counting or obsessing over meals. Its easy to follow and really flexible. I love the support and accountability from the group and coach. I love the focus on mental well-being above all else.
