What message you’d love to give to other Mums out there that don’t believe they can change?
Before the program I felt all kinds of horrible. I was carrying far to much weight and heading down a bad road only to probably gain more. My back was for ever sore and my kids had a grumpy tired mum everyday. I never took responsibility for my actions and used food as my treat or comfort for when I was tired and had a rough day. I was my own worst enemy. I’ve still definitely got things to work on but I’m changing my mind set on food.
What you enjoyed most about the program?
The best part about this wonderful program for me was getting direction, having a plan of what I needed to eat and drink every week was totally awesome. And the food was yummy. I chose too join the UBM program after the 8 week busy mums programme because I still need that accountability and direction.
I love seeing everyone’s posts as it’s so motivating even if I am having a tough day.
So thank you Kelly, Cathy and all the women in the same boat as me, we can do this together xxxx
