What message you’d love to give to other Mums out there that don’t believe they can change?
I decided to join because I felt reliant on coffee and sugar hits to give me the pep I needed to get through the day.
I exercised with no purpose and thought I was eating okay as I tried to eat low fat. However the weight was starting to creep on and I felt uncomfortable in my clothes and generally not in control. I felt unhealthy.
What you enjoyed most about the program?
The programme worked for me because of the key messages of consistency not perfection. Nobody is perfect but I could try to do my best most of the time I just needed to know what that looked like.
The programme is a no brainer you are advised on food that is good for your body and exercise that can be done beside the bed in the morning that makes a difference.
The support of the other ladies is great we all had tough times. These are made easier knowing that others were having the same kind of day.
I have tried other well known online weight loss type programmes and found they didn’t suit me. I recommend this programme if you are wanting to change your lifestyle, think more about treating your body and mind well, and think the peer support would work for you.
