So in my TV interview at Seven Sharp – The Kiwi mum’s fitness program with has caught Kate Middleton’s attention , Kathryn tells her story and inspires anyone that if she can do it, then so can you.
I highly recommend this program to any mum who wants to change their life. The meal plans are really easy to follow and great for the whole family. The exercise program you can do from home so no need to go out to the gym. I found it fitted in really well in my lifestyle. If I can do this program, anyone can.

It’s really all about being organize and listening to your body.
I like the support, Facebook group was so motivating and supportive. Personal trainer has positive and real advise. I also like the real food concept. I’ve tried a few diets and programs over the years and I love that this is not a diet, its a lifestyle change and it uses everyday real food.
The best part that Busy Mum Program for me was the workouts, I found them really easy to follow, and the music kept me motivated through every exercise and I just really enjoyed doing it that I could do it from home in my bedroom.
