Losing weight motivation for mums… what our mums say:

If you think having 2 kids is crazy enough to take away your sanity and 3 can be a chaos, then our amazing mum Kathryn Powick deserves an applause. Having 5 kids in all, Kathryn has shown how it takes to have a big heart for 5 kids around the house and be able to still take care of herself and lose 20 kg in a year! So in my TV interview at  Seven Sharp – The Kiwi mum’s fitness program with has caught Kate Middleton’s attention , Kathryn tells her story and inspires anyone that if she can do it, then so can you.

I highly recommend this program to any mum who wants to change their life. The meal plans are really easy to follow and great for the whole family. The exercise program you can do from home so no need to go out to the gym. I found it fitted in really well in my lifestyle. If I can do this program, anyone can.

Glowing while growing. Not in urban area doesn’t mean you are that far away from taking care of yourself. Take it from our amazing mum who lives in a remote farm but is in full control of her life now with the lifestyle she was able to build in Busy Mum Program. It’s really all about being organize and listening to your body.

I like the support, Facebook group was so motivating and supportive. Personal trainer has positive and real advise. I also like the real food concept. I’ve tried a few diets and programs over the years and I love that this is not a diet, its a lifestyle change and it uses everyday real food.

 

Our last amazing mum, dances her way to the tune of achieving great results when she decided to join the Busy Mum Program. She was able to lose 19 cm around her body and now felt great inside and out while sharing the same benefits and results to her whole family which they fully support. Now her husband has joined her routine too and shredding it together #couplegoals.

The best part that Busy Mum Program for me was the workouts, I found them really easy to follow, and the music kept me motivated through every exercise and I just really enjoyed doing it that I could do it from home in my bedroom.
