Nicola gets better sleep and lost 40 cms total
I was a very anxious person before starting this program and was not getting full night sleeps usually waking around 3:00 am and even sometimes around midnight as well. Following the guidelines for eating and especially cutting out sugar and caffeine really helped. I sleep 7-8 hours solid every night now and what a difference that has made to my life. Self care wise I was very much about the family coming first and me last and that has also reduced, I think about what will make me happy and my most healthy and action that and then that in turn benefits the family because if Mum is ticking along well then everybody takes their cue from her! I also suffered from very painful and long periods prior to starting The Busy Mum Program and the 2 cycles I have had during the 8 weeks have been shorter and I haven’t had as much pain which is fantastic.
The structure is easy to follow and well presented. I am not technically savvy but even I could get everything downloaded and sorted and the team are awesome if you need some guidance. The meals fit with the family and are yummy.I really love not having to cook meals just for me and then another meal for the family, what i eat they eat and we all benefit healthwise. I found the exercise really beneficial too. Again its all planned for you so its quick to access, no thinking or procrastinating about what you might do you just press play and get going! As the fat melts off the exercises really help with your strength and toning.
If you are like me and have a tight budget all I can say is try to find a way to afford to join up and pay weekly! At the end of the day if you aren’t buying coffees or lunches or alcohol or packaged food then the weekly fee will be easy to find! I looked at it as the program that was going to help me get ME back and I am well on the way to that goal! It’s so much more than a gym program with meal plans, the mindset and life skill stuff and the support helps glue it all together and it works! It’s Mum’s leading Mum’s and they get it. It is so worth making the commitment.
